1. Mode of Delivery

All our training services and materials are delivered digitally.
Once you complete the payment and enrollment process, you will receive:

  • Access to your course dashboard or learning portal

  • Links to live sessions and/or recorded videos

  • Any study materials or assignments related to your course

No physical items are shipped by Provoke Trainings.

2. Delivery Time

  • Course access credentials or confirmation details are shared within 24 hours of successful payment.

  • Access to recorded sessions or course materials will be granted as per your enrollment schedule.

  • In rare cases of technical delay, access will be provided within 48 hours after verification.

3. Delivery Confirmation

Once your course access is activated, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with login credentials or portal details.
Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see our email within 24 hours.
