1. General Policy
At Provoke Trainings, we aim to deliver high-quality training and a smooth learning experience to every student. However, since our services involve digital course access and live training sessions, certain limitations apply to cancellations and refunds.
2. Course Cancellation by Student
Once course access (live or recorded) is provided, no cancellation or refund will be entertained.
If the course has not yet started, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment. In such cases, a 50% refund may be issued after deducting administrative and payment processing charges.
After 24 hours of enrollment or once any session/material is accessed, refund requests will not be accepted.
3. Course Cancellation by Provoke Trainings
If Provoke Trainings cancels or postpones a course due to trainer unavailability, technical issues, or insufficient enrollments:
Students will receive a full refund, or
They may choose to transfer their enrollment to another batch or course of equal value.
4. Duplicate or Failed Payments
If a student is charged twice or faces a payment gateway error, the extra amount will be refunded within 7β10 business days after verification.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7β10 working days from the date of confirmation.
The actual credit to your account depends on your bank or payment providerβs processing timelines.
6. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that the following are non-refundable:
Access to recorded videos or study materials
Completed or partially attended live sessions
Any customized training or special offer/enrollment packages
