1. Mode of Delivery
All our training services and materials are delivered digitally.
Once you complete the payment and enrollment process, you will receive:
Access to your course dashboard or learning portal
Links to live sessions and/or recorded videos
Any study materials or assignments related to your course
No physical items are shipped by Provoke Trainings.
2. Delivery Time
Course access credentials or confirmation details are shared within 24 hours of successful payment.
Access to recorded sessions or course materials will be granted as per your enrollment schedule.
In rare cases of technical delay, access will be provided within 48 hours after verification.
3. Delivery Confirmation
Once your course access is activated, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with login credentials or portal details.
Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see our email within 24 hours.
4. Non-Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your course access or login details within 48 hours:

Our team will verify the issue and ensure your access is granted promptly.
5. Updates & Modifications
Provoke Trainings may update or change the course delivery method (e.g., platform migration, new LMS, etc.) to improve user experience.
Such changes will be informed to students in advance.
